Suggest Treatment For Red Rash On Labia Majora After Delivery

hi, I am 5 days post partum (2nd child) and I have this redness in labia majora it's like a rash or something that it mildly painful. as I've just given birth, I am under medication which are antibiotics cefalexin 3x a day and mefenamic acid. I never had this in my first pregnancy though, What could this redness/rash be?

Hi,

Keep the area clean by cleansing with antiseptic lotion. Apply any moisturizing and mild antiseptic cream like Rash-free etc. This would work as already you have been taking antibiotics and analgesics.
