Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.
I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:
1. First of all I would like to know more details about you - a. What is your age? b. Since when you have allergies? c. Do you have symptoms of nose allergies or asthma? Since when? How often? d. How often you experience
skin allergy symptoms? Any particular season when they worsen? Any particular food that aggravates them? What is your PFT report?
It is best to interpret your allergy report only after knowing your symptoms in detail. Only allergy testing report does not help to make effective suggestions to patients.
2. At present, I would suggest you not to worry about allergy reports. In fact, in my opinion, the figures are not really that "big" as you think. At present, I would only consider house dust mite and Parthenium (pollen of congress grass) important substances that may be causing causing allergies to you.
3. As you develop itchy red spots after workout or outdoor games, I would first think of "cholinergic urticaria". They usually occur after exercise or they are related to sweating. I would suggest you simple antihistamine drugs like cetirizine or
levocetirizine to use on as-and-when-needed basis.
4. In general, I usually suggest my such patients avoidance of
excessive sweating, avoidance of wearing tight-fitting or woolen clothes and avoiding too hot or spicy foods.
5. Appropriate avoidance measures for allergy causing substances can only be suggested after knowing your symptoms in detail.
Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.
Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.
Wish you the best of the health ahead and please do not worry.
Thank you & Regards,
Dr Parin
