Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On Penis Head
Hi. I seem to have ripped my banjo string on my penis a little while ago. It stings when i have sex so i stopped for a little while with my wife. Now im seeing red spots on my penis head and my banjo string is red. Ive been with her for 8 years and we havent been with anyone else.

It is an injury and requires time to heal, so please keep the region clean and dry at all times, avoid all forms of sexual contact and masturbation, change your inner wear regularly, take warm sitz baths with Epsom salt in it, and apply a warm compress over the region several times a day to promote healing, and apply a topical antibiotic cream if there is an open wound like neomycin (twice a day over a clean and dry region).
