Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On The Penis
I have red clear small dots on penis head. They re are not bumps and are really small. I had unprotected sex, got them after a week. I thought it was a yeast infection so I applied some cream for it. It seem to work after 3 weeks they were got. Had sex again, masturbation and the dots would come back... Could you help me with this situation?

Most probably it will be due to superficial fungal infection. We have to rule out other conditions like balanitis or genital herpes also.
As of now, you can apply topical anti-fungal creams like Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist you can consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
