Hi,

First of all, please tell me what your weight and height are. If you are over weight try to reduce it with the help of dieting and exercise. Also, check your fasting and random blood sugar levels. For itching and redness relief you can use a cream containing Clotrimazole and Betamethasone.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sara Talha, OB & GYN Specialist
