Suggest Treatment For Redness And Itching In The Vaginal Area

Ok so about a week ago early in the morning, my vagina starting itching like crazy so I decided to shave so I could see what exactly was going on there. After I finish shaving I notice that I had like a dry ashy patch or rash on the outside of my vagina and the discharge was whitish looking. Because of me scratching, there was a little bit of redness. I have no bumps, blisters or sores. Just a whitish looking rash. Can you tell me what it is? Could it be a yeast infection, trich or bacterial vaginosis?
