Suggest Treatment For Redness And Pain In The Knees

Hi each time I have a shower either hot or cold both my knees go bright red and I get a pain each time I move them but then the pain eill go after about 30 minutes of getting out the shower. I didnt know if there is possibly a problem with my knees or not?

Yes, I think there might be some problems with your knees especially if you feel pain or soreness when you move them.

Consult with your doctor first, run X-ray of the knee to rule out any joint issues.

Avoid hot showers meanwhile.
