Suggest Treatment For Redness And Swelling In The Eye

I woke up with an irritated eye, not swollen or red but continues to be painful throughout the day. Cannot find anything in it. Bought eye drops and laid with a tea bag but no relief. It will gush tears every hour or so and start burning quite painfully.

Hi...Can understand your concern...As per your query about having burning and redness in eye can be due to some allergy like fumes smoke or some cosmetic product application...You should use anti allergic eye drop like Allegra and eye ointment like neosporin at night..Wash the eyes with clean or distilled water 3-4 times..Should consult an opthalmologist for having proper examination...Do not worry and you will be fine 2-3 days..I hope the information helps you...Take care.
