Hello,

Cold urticaria treated with
1. Take an over-the-counter antihistamine before cold exposure.
2. Take medications as prescribed.
3. Protect your skin from the cold or sudden changes in temperature. For example, wear a wetsuit when swimming in cold water. Some people have had success with this method, but it isn't proved.
4. Avoid ice-cold drinks and food to prevent swelling of your throat.
5. You may use steroidal cream locally.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
