Yes I was wondering you see lately my penis has been bothering me. The Tip is red and has a small area of wrinkles, the foreskin is red as well and there are also red areas as well, however the foreskin has an area of dried skin it s like a small ring. Most of all it s really itchy I can t stop it I was wondering if it has anything to do with me masturbating or my cloths or something?
