Suggest Treatment For Redness In Upper Arm In Case Of Pityriasis Rosea

The skin on my upper arms is red. It looks like a farmers tan all year, but I don't go out in the sun and especially this time of year I don't wear short sleeves. I have very light complected skin and burn easily. I had pityriasis rosea when I was very young and was treated with UV therapy. Within 15 seconds I burned and my then dermatologist told my mother to never let me use a tanning bed. The area is not itchy and there are no bumps. The symptom has been there for several years, but I have never asked my doctor because appart from cosmetic, it doesn't bother me.
