Redness skin from water all the years season Hello Dr. I have a redness face skin and my skin is blonde white how can I get red of redness and sensitive dry skin because this is make me so nervous and sad ..when I take a shower then it will be red and a little of sore even when I wash my face only with water this happen about 2 years a go
This is due to sensitivity to sunlight. Excessive exposure to sunlight causes sunburn. Sunburns are caused by UV radiation rather than heat. Sunburns destroy skin, which controls the amount of heat our bodies retain or release. Anyone who visits a beach, goes fishing, works in the yard, or simply is out in the sun can get sunburned. Sometimes it causes skin blisters also. Advice 1. Apply Spectraban sensitive sunscreen before going to sunlight. You can also use sunscreens which are used for cosmetic purpose preferably with Sun Protection Factor (SPF) more than 50 2. Try to avoid exposure to sunlight 3. Apply ice pack 3 – 4 times daily 4. Apply aloevera-based lotions such as Elovera cream 3 times daily for soothing effect 5. Drink 3 – 4 liters of water 6. Fully cover your skin with cloth whilst in sunlight thanks
