Left arm crook of elbow.. Rock hard 2-3 in diameter & red, swelling down to wrist & up to halfway up upper arm. Severe pain.. Taking 30-;40 ibuprofen per day. No sign of fever or infection as no red streaking. What is this? & should I go to the hospital. I have not gone as figurd they would say to ice & take painkillers as I already am. I do not have insurance. Help! Please
