General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my surgical experience, there are many reasons for loss of appetite, the common one is the recurrence of cancer in situ, narrowing of the operative site, intestine flora issue or others.

I recommend CT abdomen with upper GI endoscopy for the final diagnosis and further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
