Hello Doctor, I would just like to asked what particular habit, especially eating habit and taking necessary med/vitamins that best for me, what should I do in order for me to become chubby, I realy wanna like to become like a chubby/fat because since during Intermediate, Highschool and College I was then slim/Thin up to now, that Im now 22 years old.. Should there be a connection on the Metabolism? Actually I do not have much Idea about the metabolism if how this plays a role on our body, I just heard it from a friend and thanks if you can share some info’s about it.. I ever dreamt to have a very nice body since I’m a male because for me it’s very hard on my feeling to be just a thin men, I would appreciate every advises and tips on how could I overcome this problem of mine. By the way, I’m 5’’8 in height and weighing 56 klgs. (P.S. I’m taking multivitamins daily, when is best to take vitamins, after meal or before, or is it ok if there’s no intake of food at all?)
