General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello. A change in the renal cortical echogenicity may herald the onset of a kidney disease. Also, the kidney sizes seem slightly on the lower side. I would like to know whether she has any comorbid conditions like hypertension or Diabetes. Also, what was the reason of doing USG? Does she have any symptoms? We're any other tests like Serum Creatinine or Urine routine examination done?
