Suggest Treatment For Repeated Fever

Hello Doctor, my kid is having fever for 5 days it comes to control with paracetmol and antibiotic and he is ok for the past 5 days without and medicine, but again fever started slowly and widal test done and found typi O 1:160 and medicine is given, please tell how many days it will take to cure the dicease
