Hi,
When semen is ejaculated backward into the bladder rather than out through the penis is called
retrograde ejaculation. Retrograde ejaculation may result from some underlying health conditions such as history of prostatic surgery,
diabetes,
spinal cord injuries, certain medications, history of abdominal or pelvic surgery, alcohol consumption, smoking cigarettes and many more. In case of retrograde organisms, the amount of ejaculated semen becomes scanty and occasionally, there is no semen.
This condition may lead to develop
infertility. In most cases, no treatment is needed, only life style modification may help to improve their conditions. Treatment depends on causes. For that reason, you should consult your to find out the exact underlying causes for your retrograde ejaculation by undergoing some investigations and then treat them accordingly.
Sildenafil may be used in some cases of retrograde ejaculation.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
