Sir, I am face a problem for 8 years, problem is semen come from urine,sometime before and some time after. I do exercise I take a good diet inspite of that my body is not growing. sir in one year I have to marry, my ejuculation time is too short, I ejaculate with a single touch of any girl.. help me sir my age is 27, my weight is 6feets. First of all please understand that masturbation does not cause any harm.
95% of males do it. So there is nothing to feel guilty about.
Premature ejaculation is also very common. Try to develop control over your ejaculatory muscle by doing the kejel excersies.
You can also try some delay sprays which are available over the counter, for the short term.
