General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on your description, it does not appear that you could be having problem with 'retrograde ejaculation'. If your ejaculate fluid has not come out during masturbation, it does not mean always that you are having retrograde ejaculation. There are some instances during which ejaculate fluid does not come out.
Retrograde ejaculation occurs when semen enters the bladder instead of emerging through the penis during orgasm. Retrograde ejaculation is not harmful and is a treatable condition. You need to undergo clinical examination and your urine needs to be seen for the presence of semen after you have an orgasm. If a high volume of sperm is found in your urine, you have retrograde ejaculation.
In such a case, treatment depends on the underlying cause.
Kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for clinical work-up and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
