Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia And Spinal Stenosis

I am suffering from Rheumatoid arthritis, Fibromyalgia and severe spinal stenosis. I currently see Dr. Scot Sondes in Covington, La. as my pain management Dr. Naturally, I can t get in touch with him over the weekend, but I am in such awful pain. I feel that I need a muscle relaxer, as the muscles in both arms are really hurting me! Like I said, I am suffering, and have been in bed and unable to do anything for several days now. Is there any way that you can reach the Dr. for me? I have an appt. to see him on the 27th. of this month, but I need help NOW.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Some advice that I can give to you are:
'Use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day. Use anti-inflammatory cream for local application in the area of pain.
If you don't feel relief you can try muscle relaxants such as Baclofen daily. Heat pads are also very helpful.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
