Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis, Motor Neuropathy With High ESR Levels

Hi sir, my mom aged 53 is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and motor neuropathy.she has difficulty in walking. A blood test conducted yesterday showed high ESR level 105mm/hr. She has diabetes for the past 15 years. What Is the best treatment available for her.

I really appreciate your concern for your mother, this could be diabetic neuropathy, first is her blood glucose level need to be managed on tight rule basis, some vitamin supplement ( Vitamin B12) need to be given, physiotherapy would be nice for her, hope this information helps, take care.
