Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis

I am feeling faint when I stand up. and very lightheaded for the last six months when doing very little exercise/work. Just walking up the hill from the mailbox to my house is winding me and making me feel like I'm gonna pass out. Even just picking things up and making me feel very short of breath. It happened so quickly and is very out of the ordinary for me. I've done physical work my whole life and i have been active up until about four years ago when I came down with a very serious case of rheumatoid arthritis since then I haven't been very active but still continue to do Physical work. I've been taking hydrochloric Quinn, prednisones and Neurontin for my arthritis. Lost my insurance for a couple of years and just discontinued taking my medications.

Hi i am Dr Ahmed Aly
thanks for using HealthcareMagic site ,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns ..

I hope you feel better soon you may use NSAIDs ( non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs ) like tylenol tabs with or without prednisone tabs (steridal antinflammatory ) to maintain the pain attacks as stopping the medication may aggravate the symptoms of your arthritis .
Physiotherapy , hot gentle massages with topical gels and the use of B12 vitamin supplements is helpful in most of cases .
