Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis

I need to know if my medicines will interact with each other. I ve been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis but I can t see rheumatologist until Aug. 15th. Therefore my primary care physician game me nortriptyline to help with pain. I have also had 2 back surgeries in 2016 & still have pain from last surgery in Sept. 2016. I see a caution regarding Cymbalta & Nortriptyline, can you tell me if it is ok if I only take the Nortriptyline at night & Cymbalta in the morning?

CYMBALATA (duloxetine) and Nortryptaline are used for managing neuropathic pain and depression. You can take Nortriptyline at night & Cymbalta in the morning, its perfectly alright.
You can consult a Interventional pain specialist is you are still troubled with pain.
