Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hi,i m a 19 year old male. I work security at a bar and on saturday night a brawl broke out. at some point i was hit on the rib cage area on my upper left area. right bellow my chest. and i randomly get migranes that can last about thirty seconds randomly and i ve never gotten them before. i ve got a bruise on my rib cage.

Well come to HCM
If the condition is painful then this can be treated with Tab Ibuprofen 40 mg three times in day, for the safety better to get done the x-ray study to rule out the fracture part, take care.
