General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Most likely it can be muscle sprain. But other conditions like cardiac and lung issues should be ruled out by taking an EKG (Electrocardiogram) and chest X-ray. If those are clear then taking muscle relaxants like Thiocolchicoside and NSAIDs like Etoricoxib will be helpful. You can also do warm compresses or hot water bag application on affected area.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nishad B. N., General & Family Physician
