Suggest Treatment For Right-sided Abdominal Pain In An Elderly Person

I have been suffering from strong pain on my right side for about 3 days now....waist line area. Its uncomfortable and tender to the touch. I m a 47-year-old woman and am going through menopause......I had my uterus removed about 9 years ago and do not have any current medical conditions and am otherwise healthy.
