Suggest Treatment For Right Sided Headache And Neck Pain
i have major headaches for over a month. mostly right sided. an some neck pain had ct scan done in september 2015. showed no ct evidence of acute intercranial process. still headaches got worse now some pain an soreness in jaw an puffyness on right side of head. sore to touch. then a week ago october 7 2015 had mra. showed normal intracranial mr angiogram. but things arent getting better. what else can i do. could there be something serious. they cant find. im scared
Unilateral headache of severe intensity with normal CT and MRI can be part of possible migraine or other functional causes in which radiology do not reveal positive findings. Treatment is focused on clinical diagnosis, however: - Hot liquids containing caffeine - Strong analgesic as tramadol hydrochloride with acetaminophen - Specific molecules as ergotamine or others after physician decision are routine measures with best results
