Suggest Treatment For Right Sided Knee Pain

Right knee pain. History torn meniscus. Was healing well with PT. Then sudden pain now lasted for two weeks. Xray showed some osteoarthritis. In a lot of pain, can walk well, knee feels better when I stretch my leg out. A lot of pain at night, wakes me up. Pain is across front of knee or localized on bone at inner side of knee. Somevswelling there. Don t understand what is going on. Further tear to meniscus? Arthritis? Very painful to drive. Thank you
