Sir, I have a pain on my right side of stomache.I used to drink 3-4 Pegs a day.I am 35 years, 5.10 of height. Last year my weight was 83.But now it increased to 95.My SGPT & SGOT test shows little bit high than the normal.For the last 2 Years i never had exercise or a single long walk.I dont have any other health problems.My Uric Acid level, Cholestrol, RFT & Blood sugar seen normal in the test.
Hello, With regular alcohol intake, plus raised liver enzymes, it appears that you have mostly developed Alcohol induced fatty liver. That is probably the reason for pain too in the right side of abdomen. Most important is to STOP alcohol or reduce it to as less as possible. Because it is the trigger for liver problem. Secondly, regular exercise is also needed because of increased weight.
With a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 30kgs / Sq meter you are already in grade 1 obesity Your ideal weight should be around 78 to 79 kgs. There is a need to loose about 15 to 16 kgs (35 to 37 pounds). This itself is the remedy for the present situation. There are no specific drugs that can help in controlling fatty liver and related issues. Plus there is a need to give a careful look at your dietary pattern, with reduction in fat intake.
