Suggest Treatment For Right Ureteric Stone

Hello! I had a recent right ureteric 5mm stone last January. Now, the said stones migrated distally and lying now at the level of the right femoral head. No hydronephrosis. No further calculi seen. I don t feel anymore pain since then.My concern now is do I still need to be worried. I don t want to go for surgery. What will be the next step that doctor will advise me?Thanks in advance Sincerely,Jem
