Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to low blood pressure or orthostatic hypotension.

I recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure values. Do these symptoms get worse when standing up for a prolonged time?

I would recommend checking thyroid hormone levels and performing a Head Up Tilt test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka
