Yesterday at 3 pm or so I started noticing a ringing in my ears. It has not stopped as of today. I haven t done anything unusual, no rock concerts, no drug use, no exposure to loud noises. I am terrified that the ringing is not going to stop and it s driving me crazy. The main concern I have is that I was taking Unisom liquid sleep aid (like nyquil) for about 4 nights in a row with 2 Aleve. I didn t mix any of that with alcohol. Please help. How do I make the ringing stop? Should I be worried?
