Suggest Treatment For Ringing Sensation In Ears Post Injury

I got hit in my right ear really hard. Almost immediately after it happened it sounded as if I was under water, I felt like I could hear the wind blowing but we were in our house and it s not windy out today, and the ringing is so loud it s unbearable. Could this be permanent?! When will it heal...
