General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of ring worms all over body, not getting cured in spite of consulting so many Dermatologist.
Hence my thoughts:
There is some condition of the internal body like autoimmune disease or so that is not allowing control over the skin infection.
Second cause can be local skin integrity lowered.
Diabetes must have been ruled out.
It is possible that you are working in such an atmosphere that is promoting such fungal infection.
Hence I would advise you the following;
Get the blood tests for any disease that reduces immunity.
Skin biopsy may help.
Take multivitamins, mineral and trace elements.
Immunity boosters.
Oral antifungal medicines.
Avoid hot and humid areas so that there is least perspiration.
Loose clothing.
Plain water showers at least twice a day, particularly after you come back from office or work.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
