Suggest Treatment For Ringworm On Lower Back

I think I have a ringworm on my lower back, I'm only 14 but I am not sure. I looked at several pictures online and my dad says what I have on my back looks similar. How can I be sure if it is a ringworm or not and if so what are some cures for it? PLEASE HELP!
