Suggest Treatment For Ringworm On Upper Arm And Pubic Region.
I am a 54 year old female with diabetes. I have a small patch of ringworm on my upper arm and it appears to have spread to my pubic region. I have been applying clotrimazole twice daily but wonder if there s a better treatment. I m concerned that the pubic outbreak will not get better because my work makes me perspire and it s hard to keep the area dry. Any suggestions?

You must use cotton underwears and may change them a couple of times in day.
Avoud using any underwear in night.
Carry on with local CLOTRIMAZOLE application.
In addition start taking oral FLUCANAZOLE 150 mg every week for 6 weeks.
