Suggest Treatment For Running Nose And Sneezing

I am very badly suffering from running nose and heavy sneezing. I used to take actifed and that is very effective. Since actifed is not available in market please suggest a good replacement. I tryed recofast, montek lc but no proper results. Please help me out of this.
