Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Dry Eye

I have runny nose and dry eye (both for months now) and no cold...nose runs constantly...eyes so dry that they hurt and humidifier doesn t help...doc says use fish oil, warm compress, eye drops (often) but none of this has helped the dry eye...any suggestions?
