Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Dry Left Nostril
I ve had a flu and runny nose and my left nostril has been feeling very dry and i get dried skin inside and whenever i take the skin off or if i sneeze continuously I bleed out of it and the bleeding isn t seeming to go away and today some flesh or mucos came out as well with the blood, is it something serious or?
Paracetamol and Antihistamines are sufficient to bring down your symptoms. In case of fever for more than 3 days, blood tests may be required.
Nasal crusting is caused by abnormal mucus production or excessive accumulation. The mucus is thick and does not drain normally. Minimal crusting can occur even in normal persons.Large crusts may form which may interfere with breathing or emit a foul odor.Dry crust on removal can cause bleeding.
Avoid picking the nose often.Applying a warm, wet washcloth over the nose several times a day will be helpful.Using saline nasal spray as needed to help with pain and encourage the scab to heal.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
