Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Popping In Right Ear

My nose was runny slightly so I went to blow it and the right ear popped loud! I couldn't hair anything very well and then i got off balance and laid down for bed. I woke up twenty minutes later with severe wrenching pain on the inside of my right ear won't go away after Tylenol and Ibuprofen and hurts so badly I could cry. Is this something I need to see my family doctor for or anything I can do at home for

Hello,
Your symptoms suggest that you may have damaged or perforated your ear drum along with middle infection of ear,Forceful blowing has pushed the fluids into eustachian tube causing infection and likely perforation.
You must consult a ENT specialist to evaluate your ear and middle ear.
Treatment involves anti inflammatory analgesics with antibiotics.
Take ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day till you consult an ENT doctor.
