Hii , Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here
medical history provided by you can be suggestive of an Viral illness and it may be related to DengueFever because nose bleed is an alarming sign in this case However There is no specific medicine to treat dengue infection. but you should use pain relievers with acetaminophen and avoid medicines like aspirin, which could worsen bleeding. You should also rest, drink plenty of fluids, and see your doctor If you start to feel worse in the first 24 hours after your fever goes down, you should get to a hospital immediately to be checked for complications.
I hope it help Thanks & Get well Soon
