Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose, Sinus Infection And Sneezing

The past week, I have been suffering from allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sinus pain, and sneezing. Over the last 2 days, I have had additional symptoms such as chest congestion and the feeling of pressure in my ears (probably a secondary infection from all the fluid built up in my sinuses). None of this is uncommon for me as my allergies have been problematic for me since I was a baby. However, tonight I noticed that I have suddenly developed large blue spots on the ventral side of both arms, approximately 4 inches or 10 cm in diameter. I am not experiencing any shortness of breath (I am actually breathing easier now than I was yesterday, when my allergy symptoms were at their worst), and my resting heart rate is normal for me (78; and usually I m in the 72-80 range) so I do not think it is cyanosis.

As per your symptoms you are suffering Allergic rhinitis along with Sinusitis from Viral Infection & running nose, pressure in ears and sinus pain or headache is due to it.
Following remedies should be done
1.Steam inhalation should be done 2-3 times a day. It will clear your sinuses & decrease headache.
2..Take anti-allergy drugs like Benedryl/cetrizine it will reduce allergy congestion & sneezing.
3.For congestion and running nose you can take oral decongestant like Pseudoephadrine.
4.Drink plenty of water & Take rest.

You will start improving in 3 to 4 days..
