Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose, Sneezing And Itching On Body

hi i am 25 years old male. i have been facing problem of allergy and itching since three to four days and a little bit runny nose with sneezing. The itching is mainly around the undershave area and that is really making me very uncomfortable. Please recommend a best medicine as i was previously given softin once by a doctor and once avil was injected and given by another doctor when i was stung by a bee.
I guess both of these medicines are anti-allergic or antibiotics.
I have them both available with me.
please guide me which medicine to use.

Persistent nasal drip indicates increased mucous production. Common causes may be allergy or sinus infection. Avil is not adviced now a days because it causes sedation. Levocetirizine is better than Avil.
Advice
1.     Tablet Vozet (Levocetirizine 5 mg) daily per oral for 5 days
2.     Tablet Azithral (azithromycin) 500 mg daily per oral for 5 days
3.     Tablet Zentel (albendazole 400 mg) daily orally for 3 days at bed time
4.     Do gargle with chlorhexidine mouth wash four times daily
5.     Do not eat heavily at a time. Eat smaller meals
6.     Do not lie down immediately after meal
7.     Avoid dust, smoking, alcohol, dry environment and spicy food
If you do not get relief by above measures then consult an ENT specialist for general examination of your nasal & throat passages
