Suggest Treatment For Sarcoidosis In An Elderly Person
Hi. My son age 51 a year ago was diagnosed with sarcoidosis I know very little about it. Is there a support group I can talk with. I am very concerned. He seems to be under good care but will tell me very little. Is it curable. What is the prognosis and treatment

I really appreciate your concern, sarcoidosis is collection of inflammatory cell could affect any organs but most common is lung, although you have not given which organ being involved, the disease cures with the time no specific treatment is there but in sever form of disease Ibuprofen can be used with steroid hope this information helps.
