Suggest Treatment For Scabies

Thank you Doctor for the forum, my question is - Do Scabies have a smell to them? And can a person be a carrier of scabies and not know it, especially if the person takes strong depression/mental health-drugs and their skin has many boils that keep breaking out, skin rashes, a plethora of skin-tags and various sized black moles throughout their body where some are growing like miniature termite hills and some even fall off in the bed and house? You should of made it plain that your answers cost...Thanks, but no thanks!!!
