Suggest Treatment For Scabies

hello, i hope you are fine, I am a 25 year old lady. My weight is 230 pounds&I am a 5'5, I have been "obviously" suffering with long term Obesity & Allergy Problems (Sinus, throat infection at least once a month), My long term medications include Xyzal antihistamine.
I am a hygiene freak, so when i was diagnosed recently with Scabies, i just cried like crazy, I am so worried, it will transfer to my family at home. (Note I am single, & was never sexually active), I believe I got it from office or maybe the crowded public transport (Bus), I shower everyday morning, wash my hand alot (until they got dry)&use lots of hand sanitizer.(i even apply it around my nose&mouth), I take good care of my self phone&never use it when my hands are dirty.(& don't allow others to use it)
The itching & red spots started 2 weeks back, (but i just saw a dermatologist 3 days back), she prescribed a lotion(Bells Brand) to be applied for 3 nights, but she gave me wrong information;she said apply the lotion at night for 3 consecutive nights, then shower in morning (I did that for the last 2 nights,)but now i read online that i should shower at night, apply the lotion,go to bed&morning not shower.
Doctor I please need your help, I am going crazy!
There was never a history of Scabies in my family, this is my 1st time getting it. I don't actually like to hug people,&I don't shake hands , I kept recalling who have I shaken hands&I remember for the last 2 weeks, I haven't shaken hands except with my office college(he likes to shake hands every morning), i have been working in this office for the last 2 months.
