Suggest Treatment For Scald Marks On The Forehead Of A Child
Hi my 9 yr old daughter has scalded marks on her forehead and coming down to the sides of her face. These brown burn type marks are peeling in areas. There is no seepage or anything. I noticed it 2 days ago. It does burn her from time to time too. What can it be?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have scald marks on the forehead of a child which is moving doing to face area as well which is a condition due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentaton. I would suggest you to take few home remedies for this such as apply aloe vera gel on it as it has regenerative properties. You should apply almond oil on skin as it is a very good moisturizer and apply tomato and lemon on skin. You should visit dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper prescription. Apply cream containing kojic acid, tetrahydrocurcumin and rbutin for around 1 month. Wash face with clindamycin gel. Drink plenty of water.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
