About 4 days ago I noticed a scar on the shaft of my penis. I initially thought it was a scrap that could have resembled a small rug burn. A day later I noticed a few more scars in the area. They were not painful and did not itch. There has been some yellowish discharge in the area. Today I still have the scars and I noticed dry skin around them. After I took a shower I dried the spot where my dry skin was and it peeled right off. Underneath the dry skin that area looked raw with small red bumps by the hair follicles. There is still some discharge. I m waiting on my STD tests to come back. I was just wondering if this might be some type of fungus? And if so... can I apply cream to it. I have no other symptoms than this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
