General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

We have 2 services, 1 paid and 1 free. The treatment for sciatica pain is the following:

+Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: E.g. Nimesulide
+Weight loss if you have recently gained weight or if you are overweight
+Avoid strenuous activities if you have been involved in any
+Wear comfortable loose clothing
+Exercises to help your posture and back
+Muscle relaxants: Acetaminophen
+Diazepam (valium)
+Physiotherapy
and an xray of your spine if it has not already been done, and even an MRI to find the cause and treat it accordingly.

Best wishes
